The UP-6115 Hanging Basket Cold and Hot Temperature Impact Test Chamber is designed for semiconductor electronic components manufacturing in harsh environments. This system performs critical IC package assembly and test stages including burn-in, electronic hot and cold testing at temperature, and various environmental test simulations.

This system provides the same functionality as high and low temperature shock test chambers.
