If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an email or call us. We will try our best to identify the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once we confirm the problem, a solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.

For our standard machines with available stock: 3-7 working days. For machines without stock: normally 15-20 working days after payment is received. For urgent requirements, we will make special arrangements.

Yes, we offer both standard and customized machines according to your requirements. We provide OEM and ODM services, including placing your logo on the machine.

Once you order testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version via email. Most machines are shipped fully assembled - you just need to connect the power cable and start using them. If necessary, we can also assist with on-site installation.
