Product Overview
HAST test chamber is designed to accelerate the testing process and shorten the lifespan testing of products or systems in high environments. With the improvement of semiconductor reliability, most semiconductor devices in the past can withstand long-term THB testing without failure. Therefore, the testing time for determining the quality of finished products has also increased accordingly. In order to improve testing efficiency and reduce time, the latest technology is adopted.

  • Unsaturated or saturated humidity control
  • Multi-mode M system (wet bulb/dry bulb) controls humidity, even during heat-up and cool-down. Fully conforms to EIA/JEDEC Test Method A100 & 102C
  • Touch-screen controller with temperature, humidity, and count-down display. Includes Ethernet Interface
  • 12 specimen power terminals, allows power-up of specimens (12 per workspace on "double" units)
  • Automatic fill of the humidity water at the start of a test

What about the delivery term?
For our standard machine which means normal machines, If we have stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days; If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after payment is received; If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.
Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?

How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version through Email.
