We generally offer 12 months of free maintenance, and considering sea transportation, we can extend this by 2 months for our customers. If your machine does not work, you can email or call us and we will do our best to identify the problem through conversation or, if necessary, a video chat. Once the problem is confirmed, a solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.

For standard machines, if we have stock in the warehouse, delivery is 3–7 working days. If there is no stock, the normal delivery time is 15–20 working days after payment is received. If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.

Yes, of course. We offer both standard machines and customized machines according to your requirements. We can also place your logo on the machine, providing full OEM and ODM service.

Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English via email. Most of our machines are shipped as a whole unit, meaning they are already installed — you simply connect the power cable and start using it. If necessary, we can also assist you with on-site installation.
