This customized 1428L high and low temperature test chamber adopts a split structure, consisting of a main test chamber and an independent compressor rack. The separated design facilitates on-site installation, heat dissipation and routine maintenance.
It is specially developed for temperature cycling performance testing of electronic components, to verify electrical stability under drastic temperature changes, detect potential failure risks during R&D and quality inspection, such as parameter drift and functional malfunction.
Equipped with a programmable touch controller for multi-segment temperature cycle setting. The independent compressor unit ensures stable cooling performance and excellent temperature uniformity. Complete safety protections including over-temperature, overload and door-open protection are integrated. Widely used for reliability evaluation of PCB, chips, sensors and other electronic components.
