The Free Falling Dart Impact Tester is designed to evaluate the impact resistance and fracture toughness of flexible packaging materials. Utilizing a free-falling dart impact principle, it simulates accidental impact damage that may occur during production, transportation, and daily use of plastic films, composite films, and thin sheet materials.

This machine automatically completes fixed-height dart dropping, accurately detects the minimum impact mass that causes 50% specimen failure, and delivers stable, repeatable anti-impact performance data. Equipped with precise height calibration and a stable clamping structure, it offers simple operation, high testing accuracy, and wide adaptability.
