① Different execution standards
Photovoltaic module bag impact machine: According to IEC 61730 2 MST32 (module rupture test), it is specifically designed to test complete photovoltaic modules (with batteries, adhesive films, and backboards), simulate human impact, and evaluate the risk of puncture after rupture. Impact bag: 45.5kg lead bullet bag, specific diameter and filling ratio; The sample is a whole photovoltaic module, and the sample frame is suitable for large-sized photovoltaic panels.
Safety glass pouch test: According to GB 9656 ECE R43, For car laminated front windshields; The sample is a cut automotive glass sample with strict requirements for sample size, clamping rubber hardness, and clamping gap; There are exclusive regulations for the weight, swing radius, and rubber pad specifications of the impact bag according to automotive standards. There are still a large number of ball impact projects (227g steel balls, etc.) for car glass, which cannot be done by the ammunition bag equipment.

Photovoltaic: Focus on whether there is a risk of injury after the module ruptures, and ensure that the internal circuits and insulation of the module do not have any dangerous states;
Car windshield: The key assessment for shotgun bags is that they must not penetrate, the bag must not touch the flat surface of the back of the sample, and the interlayer film must wrap around the fragments. The judgment conditions are different.
