The UP-5030 Plastic Flammability Tester is a professional burning rate test apparatus designed for evaluating the combustion resistance of various materials including wire and cable insulation, printed circuit board materials, IC insulators, and other organic materials.

During testing, specimens are placed above the flame and subjected to 15-second burn cycles followed by 15-second extinguishing periods. This sequence repeats 5 times, after which the burning condition of the specimen is evaluated. The apparatus features programmable burn/extinguish timing and automatic operation.

This testing apparatus is compliant with VW-1 of UL1581, UL13, UL444, UL1655 and FT-1 of CSA standards.

• Vertical spark nozzle: 20-degree nozzle angle with gas control valve
