The coating abrasion resistance tester is specialized inspection equipment for conducting friction abrasion tests on non-stick coatings of cookware, kitchen utensils, rice cookers, frying pans, and other products with painted or screen-printed surfaces. It evaluates the abrasion durability of surface coatings by simulating repeated friction on cookware inner walls.

• Adopts high-precision photoelectric switches from Korea AUTONIS for origin sensing, with high pulse frequency and outstanding durability
• Equipped with LCD display controller for program input; counter controls stepper motor operation
• Test speed, test cycles, motor origin return, and reciprocating rotation mode (Clockwise-Counterclockwise-Clockwise) are all fully programmable
• Automatic cycle counting function; the machine will send an early warning and automatically stop once the preset number of test cycles is reached
