- Warm-keeping Box: Outer chamber material: high quality carbon steel plate with electrostatic color spray treatment. Left side includes φ50mm diameter hole. Inner material: SUS304# stainless steel plate. Insulation material: hard polyurethane foam insulation layer + glass fiber.
- Door: Single door with heating wire in door frame to prevent condensation at low temperature.
- Inspection Window: W 300×H 400mm observation window with multi-layer hollow electro thermal coated glass for effective heat retention and condensation prevention.
- Lighting Device: 1 LED lighting device installed on the window.
- Sample Holder: Stainless steel sample rack with 2 adjustable layers, bearing weight 30kg per layer.
- Refrigeration Compressor: France Tecumseh fully closed compressor.
