The UP-2000 is a compact single-column universal testing machine designed for the mechanical evaluation of plastic films, laminates, flexible packaging, adhesive tapes and other low-force materials. Driven by a stepper motor through a precision ball screw and controlled by a PLC with HMI touch screen, it delivers stable, repeatable loading in both tension and compression directions.
Multiple test routines — tensile, peel, tear, puncture, constant-elongation tensile and compression — are integrated into one controller, so a single instrument replaces several dedicated testers. Results including maximum force, average value, break point ratio and sampling values are printed directly by the built-in thermal printer, which makes the unit especially practical for incoming inspection and workshop-side quality control where no PC is available.
