Generally, we offer 12 months for FREE maintenance, while considering sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers. If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an e-mail or call us - we will try our best to identify the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once we confirm the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
What about the delivery term?
For standard machines with stock available: 3-7 working days. For machines without stock: normally 15-20 working days after payment is received. If you are in urgent need, we will make special arrangements for you.
Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?

How can I install and use the machine?
