For Natural Synthetic Rubber Compound Mooney Viscosity Measurement
The Mooney Viscometer is a core laboratory testing instrument for the rubber and elastomer industry. It measures Mooney viscosity, Mooney scorch time, and stress relaxation characteristics of uncured raw rubber, rubber compounds, and masterbatch. The instrument detects the shear torque resistance of a rotor rotating inside a rubber sample under constant temperature, evaluating rubber processability, batch consistency, and premature vulcanization risk.
Equipped with high-precision torque sensor and intelligent temperature control system, the UP-5009 supports computer data acquisition, curve display, automatic data recording, and export functions.
