If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an e-mail or call us. We will try our best to identify the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.

For standard machines with stock available: 3-7 working days. For machines without stock: normally 15-20 working days after payment is received. If you are in urgent need, we will make special arrangements for you.

Once you have ordered testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version through email. Most of our machines are shipped as complete units, meaning they are already installed. You just need to connect the power cable and start using it. If necessary, we can also assist you with on-site installation.
