Introducation:
Leather cracking tester used to evaluate the surface crack resistance and fracture resistance of leather (especially shoe upper leather) under tensile stress.The testing principle of this instrument is to simulate the process of "shoe last stretching" in shoe-making technology:Clamp: Fix a circular leather sample with a clamp ring.Top extension: A standard diameter steel ball is lifted upwards from the inner surface of the leather at a constant speed.Judgment:Grain Crack: When the first crack appears on the grain surface of the leather, record the height and force value at that time.Burst point: Continue to straighten until the leather is completely broken, and record the final peak strength.
