The UP-6200 UV Aging Climatic Test Chamber reproduces the damaging effects of natural sunlight, rain and condensation in a controlled laboratory environment, delivering accelerated weathering-aging tests for a wide range of materials. Fitted with UVA-340 / UVB-313 fluorescent UV lamps and a programmable multi-cycle controller, it is widely used for durability testing of plastics, coatings, rubber, inks and automotive materials.

Product Introduction

The UP-6200 is an accelerated weathering test instrument that simulates damage caused by solar ultraviolet radiation, rainfall and dew condensation. Within a short test period it reproduces outdoor aging phenomena such as color fading, cracking, chalking and loss of gloss. It is widely adopted by quality-control laboratories and R&D departments working with polymer materials, paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, textiles and auto parts.

Every machine purchased from our factory carries a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months of free maintenance; considering sea transportation, we can extend this by 2 months for our customers.

Moreover, if your machine does not work, you can send us an email or call us, and we will do our best to identify the problem through conversation or, if necessary, by video chat. Once the problem is confirmed, a solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.

2. What about the delivery term?

For our standard machines, if we have stock in the warehouse, delivery is 3–7 working days. If there is no stock, the delivery time is normally 15–20 working days after payment is received. If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?

Yes, of course. We can offer not only standard machines but also customized machines according to your requirements. We can also put your logo on the machine, which means we offer OEM and ODM services.

4. How can I install and use the machine?

Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English via email. Most of our machines are shipped as a whole part, which means they are already installed — you just need to connect the power cable and start using them.
