JEDEC Standard HAST Stress Aging Test Chamber for Electronic Reliability UP-6124
Product Overview

Nonsaturated HAST accelerated stress test chamber fully compliant with JESD22-A102-C, JESD22-A110-B and IEC 60068-2-66 standards. Designed for component qualification and reliability validation with SUS316 circular double-layer inner tank that eliminates condensation risk.

Features USB data logging, RS232/LAN remote monitoring, 269-group program storage, and multiple safety interlock mechanisms for lab-grade stable performance in qualification testing.

Suitable for accelerated humidity stress reliability testing of:
