The Shoelace Abrasion Tester is professional footwear lab testing equipment designed to evaluate abrasion resistance and service life of various shoelaces. It simulates real repeated friction between shoelace vs shoelace or shoelace vs shoe eyelets under standardized tension and reciprocating motion, recording cycle numbers until laces fray, crack or break.
The machine is equipped with independent station counter and automatic stop function for broken samples. Widely adopted by shoe factories, leather goods manufacturers, third-party testing laboratories and quality inspection institutes for material incoming inspection and finished lace durability verification.
SATRA TM154, DIN 4843, ISO 22774, GB/T 3903.36, QB/T 2226, BS 5131:3.6
This machine is suitable for all types of shoelaces, for testing shoelace anti-fray performance, eyelet friction durability, and lace material quality R&D.
