A 500N single-column touch-screen tensile tester equipped with a 180° peel fixture, purpose-built for peel and tensile testing of adhesive tape, protective film and laminated composite film. Optional small-force load cells are available; the system complies with ASTM D3330 and ASTM D882.
This benchtop laboratory instrument is specially developed for adhesive tape, protective film and laminated composite film. It primarily performs peel strength tests and film tensile elongation tests.
The machine comes standard with a 180° peel test fixture, widely used for evaluating adhesive bonding performance. For ultra-thin and low-force samples, optional small-capacity load cells (50N / 100N / 200N) are recommended to improve data stability. The system is controlled via a color touch screen with Class 0.5 high-precision measurement. A 200Hz high-speed sampling rate captures real-time force fluctuations during the peeling process.
Test results — including peel strength, maximum force and elongation — can be printed via an optional thermal printer or exported through the RS232 port. Switch to wedge grips or pneumatic parallel grips to perform pure tensile tests in accordance with ASTM D882.
