The UP-6200 UV Aging Climatic Test Chamber simulates natural solar ultraviolet radiation, rain, and condensation environments to accelerate the weathering aging testing of materials. Equipped with UVA-340 and UVB-313 UV lamps and programmable multi-cycle test modes, it is widely used for durability testing of plastics, coatings, rubber, inks, and automotive materials.

Main Features

The accelerated weathering tester chamber is shaped by CNC machining for an attractive, refined appearance; the case cover uses a two-way flip-cover design for easy operation.
Both the inner and outer chamber are made of imported super #SUS stainless steel, enhancing appearance texture and cleanliness.
Heating is achieved through the inner tank water channel, providing fast heating and uniform temperature distribution.
The drainage system uses a vortex-flow type and U-type sediment device for easy cleaning.
QUV design is user-friendly, easy to operate, safe, and reliable.
Adjustable specimen mounting thickness for easy installation.
The upward rotating door does not hinder user operation.
A unique condensation device requires only tap water to meet operational demands.

Every machine purchased from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months of free maintenance; considering sea transportation, we can extend this by 2 months for our customers. Moreover, if your machine does not work, you can send us an email or call us, and we will try our best to identify the problem through conversation or, if necessary, by video chat. Once the problem is confirmed, a solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.

2. What about the delivery term?

For our standard machines, if we have stock in the warehouse, delivery is 3–7 working days. If there is no stock, the delivery time is normally 15–20 working days after payment is received. If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?
