4 Custom High-Temperature Test Chambers Shipped to Thailand — Our Second Batch for a Returning Customer
October 21, 2026
On October 20, 2026, Dongguan YouBi Test Equipment Co.,ltd completed the shipment of four customized high-temperature test chambers to a customer in Thailand. This is the client's second order with us — the first batch was exported in late July 2026. Repeat orders are the most honest feedback a manufacturer can receive, and we are glad to see these units go into production again so quickly.
Shipment Information
Quantity: 4 units
Destination: Thailand
Shipment date: October 20, 2026
Order type: Second batch, fully customized to customer specification
Application: Baking, curing and drying of LED, LCM, CMOS, touch panel, optical lens, glass and optical fiber components
The chamber is designed for precision thermal processing where temperature uniformity directly affects yield — LED and LCM baking, CMOS and touch panel curing, and drying of optical lenses, glass and fiber components. With ±0.5℃ control accuracy across a 300℃ working range, it supports both long-cycle aging tests and day-to-day production curing.
Customer-Confirmed Customization
Every unit in this batch was built to the customer's confirmed configuration list:
Vertical type with casters — easy to reposition on the production floor
Three-phase, five-wire, 380V / 50Hz — matches Thailand's industrial power standard, no extra transformer needed
Exhaust vent on the top of the chamber — efficient removal of volatiles during curing
Single door, right-to-left opening — fits the customer's line layout
Control panel on the right side of the machine — convenient for operator access
What a Second Order Means for New Buyers
It means the first batch passed incoming inspection, ran stably on site, and the customer was willing to standardize on our equipment for the next round of capacity expansion. It also means our customization, documentation and export packing process has already been validated once.
