UP-5032 Plastic Burning Rate Test Apparatus with Angle Adjustable
Product Overview

The UP-5032 Plastic Flammability Tester is a precision instrument designed for burning rate testing of various materials with adjustable angle capability. This apparatus is essential for quality control and compliance testing in multiple industries.

This vertical and horizontal combustion tester is specifically designed for combustion resistance testing of wire and cable insulation coating materials, printed circuit board materials, IC insulators, and other organic materials. The system features automated operation with programmable burn, extinguish, and repetition cycles.

During testing, the specimen is placed above the flame, subjected to 15-second burn cycles followed by 15-second extinguish cycles, repeated five times. The equipment automatically monitors and records the specimen's burning characteristics.

Compliance standards include VW-1 of UL1581, UL13, UL444, UL1655 and FT-1 of CSA, making it suitable for international quality assurance requirements.
